Simple process -

How We Set Up Your Email

Step -01

Workspace or Web Mail

Tell us how many people need an address and how they work. We help you choose between Google Workspace and web mail.

Step -02

Your Domain

Email at your own address needs a domain name, such as yourcompany.lk. With Google Workspace, buying the domain is included.

Step -03

Configuration

We set the mail service up on your domain and create the mailboxes.

Step -04

Migration and Handover

With Google Workspace we support the move of the mail you already have. Then your team signs in and starts using the new addresses.

Google Workspace in Sri Lanka

Google Workspace is Google’s email and office service for businesses: Gmail with your own domain name in the address, and Calendar, Meet and Drive for the whole team. Our Google Workspace price in Sri Lanka is LKR 3,200 per user, per month. It is for the Business Starter edition, with 30 GB of storage for each user, and it includes buying your domain, setting Workspace up on it, and migration support for the mail you already have.

Web mail on your own domain

Web mail is a mailbox at your own domain for LKR 1,999 a year. Each mailbox holds 1 GB, and more space is LKR 500 a year for each extra 1 GB. It suits a business that needs a professional address for a few people at the lowest cost.

Which one suits your business?

Choose Google Workspace if your team shares calendars and files, meets online, or needs large mailboxes.
Choose web mail if you need a professional email address and little else.

If you are also having a website made, every web design package includes business email: one account with Starter, five with Premium and ten with E-Commerce.
