Logos Publications

Overview -
Website design, custom plugin development, and branded email templates for an Australian Bible publisher.
Logos Publications is an Australian publisher of Bible-based magazines, books, and study tools for readers of all ages. Its WooCommerce store sells books, preaching materials, Bible marking tools, and gifts. It also manages annual subscriptions to the monthly Logos Magazine, the Good Company family magazine, and a digital edition.
GIXEZ IT has worked across the full Logos platform. We designed and refined the website in WordPress and Elementor, built a custom WooCommerce plugin to automate payment reconciliation, and designed and developed branded email templates. The result is a polished, easy-to-use online store backed by tools that save the Logos team time every week.
Challenge -
A growing online store that needed a fresh look, smarter automation, and on-brand emails.
The Logos store carries a large product range, from single preaching booklets priced in cents to full book sets and yearly magazine subscriptions. It had to make browsing, subscribing, and donating simple for a wide audience, including older readers and families.
Behind the scenes, the accounts team had a time-consuming problem. WooPayments deposits arrived in their bank with processing fees already deducted, so matching each payout to the right orders had to be done by hand. On top of that, Logos’s customer emails needed to match the new website design and encourage readers to subscribe, explore popular products, and support the organization’s work.

Solutions -
A refreshed WooCommerce store, a custom reconciliation plugin, and branded email templates.
Website design and refinements. We refreshed the Logos website in Elementor with a warm magenta and purple palette, bookshelf-inspired hero sections, and clear, readable typography. The navigation was organized into Books, Magazines, Preaching, Bible Marking, and Gifts, with product search, account access, and the cart available on every page. We designed colour-coded subscription cards for each magazine, a logged-in account panel on the homepage, and clean product grids with flexible quantity-based pricing.
Custom plugin development. We built the Logos Payout Notifier, a custom WordPress plugin that connects to WooPayments and runs automatically on a schedule. For every payout, it emails the accounts team a reconciliation report that matches the bank deposit to the orders included, shows the processing fee for each order, and explains the exact adjustment to record in their accounting software. A task that used to take manual cross-checking now happens automatically.
Email template design and development. We designed branded email templates in Figma and developed them into responsive HTML emails that work across major email clients. The welcome email introduces new customers to Logos, promotes all three magazine subscriptions, highlights popular products, and invites donations to Logos’s outreach programs, which turns a simple registration into a chance to engage readers.
