Meeting.ai is an AI work assistant that helps before, during, and after meetings. It records and transcribes conversations in 30+ languages across Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and in-person meetings, then turns them into notes, Visual Notes, decks, documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs. It’s used by more than 700,000 professionals and rated 4.8/5 across the App Store and Google Play.

GIXEZ IT built the Meeting.ai website frontend in React. We developed the marketing homepage, product pages for the Meeting.ai MCP and CLI, the documentation hub, the blog, the About page, and the legal pages. The result is a fast, polished, multilingual website that explains a powerful AI product clearly and turns visitors into users.

Meeting.ai does a lot: it records meetings, writes notes, creates files, and connects to AI agents like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor. The website had to make all of that easy to understand in seconds, for both everyday professionals and developers.

The site also had to serve a global audience in multiple languages, support both light and dark themes, and stay fast even with demo videos, example galleries, and animated sections. On top of that, it needed several different page types, each with its own layout: a conversion-focused landing page, technical product pages, a searchable documentation hub, a filterable blog, and long legal pages that are still easy to navigate.

We built the frontend as a library of reusable React components, including navigation, cards, buttons, pricing tables, and FAQ items, so every page shares the same consistent design. The site supports full light and dark themes with a single toggle, with matching logo and store-badge versions for each. Language-based routing lets visitors switch languages instantly while keeping each page optimized for search engines.

The homepage brings the product to life with an animated prompt box that types out real example requests, an integrations strip, social proof stats, demo videos, and a gallery of real Visual Note examples. The pricing section lets visitors switch between plan tiers and monthly or annual billing in real time. For developers, the MCP page uses an interactive diagram to show how AI agents connect to Meeting.ai’s capabilities.

We also built specialized layouts for every content type:
