C&D International (Pvt) Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer based in Gonapola, Sri Lanka. Founded in 2009, it produces passive fiber optic devices, electrical enclosures, cable management systems, and network racks, and was the first Sri Lankan ISO-certified manufacturer of PON devices. Its products serve enterprise, government, and telecom projects across the region.

GIXEZ IT designed and developed C&D International’s website using WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce, and set up the hosting infrastructure behind it. The result is a professional online store where customers can browse a large technical catalogue, compare products, and buy online in Sri Lankan rupees. It is backed by a fast, secure server built for reliability.

C&D International manufactures hundreds of products across many categories and sub-categories, from customized and standard enclosures to galvanized and powder-coated cable trays, wall-mount and free-standing racks, and fiber distribution cabinets. Each product comes with detailed specifications, such as dimensions, RAL colour codes, finishes, and certifications. Engineers, contractors, and procurement teams needed to find the right item quickly.

The website also had to establish trust as a serious manufacturer. It needed to communicate C&D’s certifications, production facilities, and track record, while giving local buyers multiple ways to reach the sales team. Behind the scenes, the site needed fast, secure hosting that could handle a growing product catalogue without slowing down.

We built the online store in WooCommerce with a clear, multi-level category structure that mirrors how C&D’s customers search for products. The shop pages include a category sidebar, grid and list views, sorting options, and adjustable products per page. Each product page shows full specifications, colour variations, LKR pricing with sale offers, and separate tabs for the description and additional information.

To build credibility, we designed a bold homepage hero that highlights C&D’s position as an ISO-certified manufacturer. Product categories are shown as visual tiles, and the About page uses tabs for the company story, company overview, reputation, and production site. A gallery page features C&D’s corporate video, and the Contact page includes an embedded Google Map and a spam-protected enquiry form. All phone numbers and the address appear in a top bar on every page, so buyers can call the sales team instantly.

Behind the scenes, we built a high-performance hosting environment on AWS Lightsail with OpenLiteSpeed, Cloudflare CDN, and SSL. We hardened it with firewall rules, brute-force protection, and security monitoring. The result is a fast, secure, and scalable online store that C&D’s team can easily manage as their product range grows.
